I honestly feel as though nothing much happened. I could sum up everything in a few sentences. Some things felt a bit repetitive near the end and the ending wasn’t much of an ending at all.
However, once again I love the characters! I did pick this series up because it was Hamilton, but it isn’t the most accurate and I judge the characters as normal characters and not based on their counterparts. The book was so light and fun and while it did feel pointless, I did enjoy reading it. I loved the banter and the themes of feminism.
I enjoyed seeing Alex’s and Eliza’s relationship grow. How it was difficult because they were still growing as individuals and just seeing them deal with that and everything else was interesting.
Not something I’d recommend because it didn’t have much happening, but I won’t deny it was an enjoyable read!
