So I mentioned this on my Instagram and I wasn’t gonna do it because I suck at keeping up to date, but there’s a lot of stuff this week so I might do it every once in a while.
Basically I’ll be writing down some updates about what’s going on whether it be book releases or cover reveals. So yeah, I’ll see how that goes.
O N E
The cover for the fourth Red Queen book by Victoria Aveyard was revealed! It’s called War Storm and while this series isn’t my favourites, it’s one of the first YA ones I started reading so I’m excited for this one. I also love how each one gets darker in an ombré.
Also if there’s a mini interview on Entertainment Weekly that you guys might like to check out.
This comes out May 2018 and here’s the synopsis:
VICTORY COMES AT A PRICE.
Mare Barrow learned this all too well when Cal’s betrayal nearly destroyed her. Now determined to protect her heart—and secure freedom for Reds and newbloods like her—Mare resolves to overthrow the kingdom of Norta once and for all… starting with the crown on Maven’s head.
But no battle is won alone, and before the Reds may rise as one, Mare must side with the boy who broke her heart in order to defeat the boy who almost broke her. Cal’s powerful Silver allies, alongside Mare and the Scarlet Guard, prove a formidable force. But Maven is driven by an obsession so deep, he will stop at nothing to have Mare as his own again, even if it means demolishing everything—and everyone—in his path.
War is coming, and all Mare has fought for hangs in the balance. Will victory be enough to topple the Silver kingdoms? Or will the little lightning girl be forever silenced?
In the epic conclusion to Victoria Aveyard’s stunning series, Mare must embrace her fate and summon all her power… for all will be tested, but not all will survive.

The novella title for the ACOTAR series was announced. It’s called A Court of Frost and Starlight and it sounds too bright and happy? Like what happens to all the morbid sounding thorns, fury and war. I️ mean I’m not complaining so you know.
s out in 2018 and here's the synopsis that SJM gave us.
Feyre, Rhys, and their close-knit circle of friends are still busy rebuilding the Night Court and the vastly-changed world beyond. But Winter Solstice is finally near, and with it, a hard-earned reprieve. Yet even the festive atmosphere can’t keep the shadows of the past from looming. As Feyre navigates her first Winter Solstice as High Lady, she finds that those dearest to her have more wounds than she anticipated—scars that will have far-reaching impact on the future of their Court.
T H R E E The next Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them movie is coming out in around a year! Pottermore just released the stuff and ahh! I️ absolutely adore Harry Potter and this series is just so good, if you haven’t watched the first movie you need to.
So the movie is titled, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald
And this is the official cast photo!
This comes out in on the 16th of November 2018, and here’s the movie synopsis:
At the end of the first film, the powerful dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (Depp) was captured by MACUSA (Magical Congress of the United States of America), with the help of Newt Scamander (Redmayne). But, making good on his threat, Grindelwald escaped custody and has set about gathering followers, most unsuspecting of his true agenda: to raise pure-blood wizards up to rule over all non-magical beings. In an effort to thwart Grindelwald’s plans, Albus Dumbledore (Law) enlists his former student Newt Scamander, who agrees to help, unaware of the dangers that lie ahead. Lines are drawn as love and loyalty are tested, even among the truest friends and family, in an increasingly divided wizarding world.

Last off, The Wrath and The Dawn by Renee Ahdieh is being optioned for film! This wasn’t my favourite series but I didn’t hate it and it’s so exciting when books are optioned for film. So if you’re an Ahdieh fan then let’s hope the movie does the book justice, because her writing is just beautiful.
So basically a little plot summary, this is what happens:
The love story, told in the vein of A Thousand and One Nights, centers on the 18-year-old Caliph of Khorasan, Khalid, who takes a new bride every dawn only to execute her by sunrise. But when 16-year-old Shahrzad volunteers to marry Khalid, with a plan to stay alive and exact revenge for the murder of her best friend and countless other girls, she finds herself falling in love with him and that not all is as it seems with the young king. Shahrzad sets out to find the truth and stop the cycle of killing.
